Flour mix for making dark muffins containing dark chocolate drops of cocoa flavour. Add 200ml of water and 100ml of vegetable oil, mix it smooth. Berries, nuts, cottage cheese may be added according to your taste. Fill up muffin cups up to their three-quarters level and bake at 180-200 C for 22-25 minutes. You get well-risen spongy muffins. Chocolate muffin powder is suitable for making perfect sizable sponge cake or gentle juicy tart bases.
