NOSTALGIC FLAVOURS – A RECIPE FROM 1945
The rum-flavoured jelly confection Tiina is one of Kalev's long-time products – having been in production for more than 70 years. The relatively strong flavour of alcohol makes it more suitable for grown-up sweet tooths. The soft jelly is made by using the jellifier Estagar from the Baltic Sea red algae Furcellaria, and this is what makes Kalev’s jelly candies unique. Coated with a real chocolate glaze.
