These partially handmade candies are named after a national musical instrument, which is sacred for Estonians – the harp. The legendary chocolate candies Kannel, which are manufactured since the mid-1970s contain almond praline filling that melts in your mouth, which is covered with thick real chocolate glaze. Its final finish – the light brown velvety appearance is achieved by rolling the candy in cocoa sprinkle mixed with sugar.
